FAQ
It is possible, but the goal of my classes are not splits. It is rather a pleasant ( and inevitable ) bonus to our trainings!
I recommend you to have my classes 2-3 times a week to keep your muscles recovering.
There’s no age limit! Stretching gives our body freedom and ease of movement, which is necessary at any age.
Of course, it can ! By stretching, your muscles become more resilient and elastic, allowing for increased movement amplitude in cardio and functional training.
I stretch very carefully, observing the safety technique. It never hurts, and more often it feels nice. Your body will be grateful to you and you will experience only positive emotions during and after my class.
-Duration of 5 classes package: 5 weeks . With the option to freeze the package for a week.
-Duration of the package of 10 classes: 10 weeks with the possibility of freezing the package for 2 weeks
-Unlimited individual classes. For a month of $2,000. With the ability to freeze the package for one week
Please be sure to cancel your reservation with at least 12 hours notice to avoid forfeiting one of the allotted classes on your package. Reservations made within 12 hours of class starting may not cancel without forfeiting a class.
